IMPORTANT

There may be CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES to pay upon the arrival of the parcel to your country. We don’t possess this data for all shipping destinations; you only pay for the goods and the shipping here.

If you are not aware of these amounts, please look them up in your country's official sources, or contact the border control / customs office.

Catherine Zibo is not responsible for any of the extras you have to pay in duty and custom fees, and gives no refunds on those. Thanks for your understanding.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Orders are shipped either by Canada Post (for most Canada and United States destinations), or by ChitChats mailing service (international destinations at special prices).

Canadian orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays
International orders are shipped on Thursdays.
Pickup (620 Cathcart or 2065 Parthenais, Montreal, QC) is free and BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and
after the appointment time and location has been confirmed by Catherine Zibo (email or message).
I don't keep all my stock in either location, so if you show up without an appointment, you won’t find your order there (and most possibly, won’t meet me either)!

I don't ship on state holidays. In this case, the shipping is done the next business day.

All International Tracked Packet and Ascendia options include insurance up to 300 USD.

For any additional insurance, please contact me.

All costs of marchandise are fully declared.

Handling fees are included into shipping costs.

TRACKING

ALL PARCELS have tracking numbers. I send you yours right away when the shipping label is done.

If you would like a cheaper delivery without tracking, contact us for personalized shipping charges, and we will provide proof pics of shipping.

! In this case, you will assume 100% of risks of theft, damage or any issues with the parcel.

DELAYS

Estimated delivery for shipping (after the parcel is registered by the post service):

Canada: 3-7 business days
The U.S.: up to 10 business days
International destinations: 10-28 days (please contact for specific countries)

PACKAGE LOSS

Catherine Zibo will not be held accountable for loss or theft of packages or their contents on any stage of delivery after the package has left the hands of the artist at the post office. I have no control over the actions of the third party, but I will try to do the best what is possible from my side.

DAMAGE

Catherine Zibo packages items in a very thoughtful and secure way which ensures that they are not damaged by the normal shipping process (without heavy handling, smashing under excessive weights etc).

Therefore, Catherine Zibo will not be held accountable for damages to the package by the third party.
